Dr. Michele Helfgott Elite Woman Lead Physician Meet Dr. Helfgott Michele has a vision and passion for providing women with a complete approach to their health and well-being. She also understands that women are often time- and energy-deprived, so their own health is frequently the last thing on their to-do list. This is what inspired her to found Elite Woman. Michele grew up in Long Island, New York. She knew she wanted to be a physician when she dissected a pig in anatomy lab! In her personal time, she loves browsing the bookstore, reading, working out, watching Food Network and spending time with her husband, Rodney. Her passion is assisting others in their life journey. She knows that women often are so busy caring for others that they forget to take care of self. When flying on an airplane they tell you in the event of an emergency put your oxygen mask on first and then you can assist others. Janet believes in helping women to put their oxygen mask on first. Janet grew up in Washington State. She has also lived in Idaho, Minnesota, Tennessee and West Virginia. Living in different areas in the country has helped fuel her interest in helping others. Janet believes that some professions we choose and sometimes the profession chooses us. In her personal time, she loves working out, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. Michael was born in the Toledo, OH, where, from a young age, he always has been active in exercise and sports. He enjoys engaging people whether it is thru activity or conversation. When Mike isn’t training or working with clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching his children’s sporting events (volleyball and track), enjoys reading and working with the youth in the community.
