Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are available for any service, package or dollar amount.

Scheduling Appointments
Please call for an appointment in advance, the receptionists will be happy to help you. A credit card number or a gift card certificate number must be given for all appointments.

Cancellation Policy
Due to staffing requirements and as a courtesy to our other patients, please notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance on single service appointments and 48 hours on multiple service appointments to avoid a $50.00 cancellation fee for all non-cosmetics services and a $25.00 cancellation fee for cosmetic services. Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

Check-In
Please check-in with a receptionist at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cell Phones
All cell phones and pagers must be turned off or silenced.

Prices
All prices are subject to change without notification.

Payment of Services
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks and cash. There will be a service charge on all returned checks.
